EPC model is more common, and has been successfully applied to more than 20 weapons, electric power , aviation, machinery, construction , coal , petroleum and chemical industry, water transport, railway industry . The general contractor , the the EPC model makes profits, contracts powers to be strengthened at the same time , the risk increases. The article is based on the above reasons from the point of view of the general contractor construction general contracting risk management issues . On the basis of a large number of inspection project risk management information , the paper first describes the general contracting model of risk management , the risk of the formation of risk influencing factors and then follow the steps of the risk management , general contracting different stages of risk management in detail the research . (1) risk identification and analysis phase . In risk identification and analysis phase , based on the idea of system dynamics the feedback graph model of the general contracting project risk identification , identify the cause of quality , time, cost and risk of reasons ; in risk identification feedback loop based on the feedback loop into risk flowchart of risk estimation and analysis, a detailed description of risk analysis model steps to prove that the system dynamics method is feasible in the application of project risk identification and risk analysis phase and incomparable superiority . (2) the risk assessment stage . The combination of ALG Projects recognition results of the risk factors , the risk of the project were evaluated based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method ; (3) the risk control phase . Of reference to ISO9001 standards established risk control system , and the process control method applied to the general contractor of the project risk management process . This process control general contracting risk management is not only applicable , and must , contribute to the general contractor in the risk management process to avoid and resolve risks . Short, general contracting risk management to the research project as the starting point and goal , through theoretical analysis and application of Project Risk Management provides reference provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the general contractor for the project to cope with risks .
