The article mainly aims at that the analysis and research are carried out a launch device muzzle signal anti-interference technology. Through the analysis of the launch device muzzle signal generation mechanism, establish calculation model of magnetized and non-magnetized projectile muzzle signal, similar to get the sine wave muzzle signal, and according to the work environment of the launch device muzzle, determine the type of coil in muzzle device and the projectile when loaded by the interference factors. The use of digital signal processing methods, the filter role of the digital filter has been studied, analyzed respectively the filtering effect of the digital filter that the different window functions and increased filter order. On the basis of the above analysis, by establishing the calculation model, a detailed analysis is carried out that two interference factors of the projectile deviated from the barrel axis of movement and barrel vibration, determine the these two interference factors on the influence of the muzzle signal, in theory discuss the control and noise reduction measures to bu taken. Using MATLAB software, simulation of the electromagnetic radiation (uniform white noise, Gaussian white noise) on the muzzle signal interference, by the role of the digital filter, achieve the desired interference effect.In this paper, simulation analysis and the method of combining simulation were used for the study of muzzle signal jamming technology to complete some preliminary work, and the results of further studies provide some references.
