The transmission efficiency of the power train is the one of the important parameters thatimpacting on armored vehicle performance advantages and disadvantages. Only by improvingthe measurement accuracy of the armored vehicles that judging the dynamic performance ofthe armored vehicles for achieve the design requirements of the vehicle driveline. Toparticular measurement environment of the drive shaft torque for a particular model,designing a high-precision drive shaft torque measurement system has extremely importantpractical significance to study how to improve the performance of the armored vehicles.In the dynamic test, there are many factors that affect the measurement parameters ofaccuracy of the drive shaft torque, such as bending moment, torsional vibration and so on. Inorder to improve the measurement accuracy of the drive shaft torque, using multi-parametersynchronous technology, and digital wireless transmission, drive shaft torque measurementaccuracy has been greatly improved, and provides an important indicator for the study ofvehicle power system.This article describes the background of the subject, gives an overview of the drive shafttorque measurement technology development status, and classification, focus on thepropagation measurement techniques and measurement accuracy condition, at the same time,describes the drive shaft torque measurement technology, analysis the various factors of theerror caused by the torque sensors, gives the transmission of the torque signal. Have designeda system that completes the drive shaft torque data acquisition, including hardware andsoftware design, and equipment calibration and the drive shaft torque data acquisitionexperiment. Finally, analysis the overall error for system, get the high-precision drive shafttorque amount.
