With the rapid development of China railway construction, there have been more and more rock-fill embankment in mountain railway construction in China. The difficulty faced in rock-fill embankment, economical construction techniques and quality control method for simple and efficient is the key issues that must be solved.In this paper, thoroughly discussed are Quality Control Technology of Rock-fill Embankment Construction based on the joint research project," Key Technologies Study of Guiyang-Guangzhou Railway Hard Rock-fill Embankment ",by China Railway Second Survey and Design Institute Group Ltd and School of Civil Engineering,Southwest Jiaotong University.In this thesis, first summary and analysis of rock-fill dam engineering of water resources industry and road sector at home and abroad have relevant results, as well as the technical situation and development trend of rock-fill embankment. Went on to study on the engineering properties, compaction characteristics and fragmentation of rockfill, in theory analysis of rock-fill embankment compaction and vibratory compacting mechanism and characteristics of rock-fill embankment deformation. This paper through the field compaction test system research of the rock-fill embankment of key technical problems in the process, such as spreading and leveling technology, vibratory compaction technology and optimal control roller compaction parameters. At the same time, through on-site construction quality testing, in-depth study of rock-fill embankment compaction quality control principles and methods, to solve the rock-fill embankment construction quality detection method and control standards and other technical problems. In addition, we can find the correlation between Ks and Evd, the important quality indicators of rock-fill embankment construction, by the unary linear regression analysis.Finally, made the technology of rock-fill embankment construction quality control methods for railway and laid a certain foundation for the study on rock-fill embankment of the railway sector.
