The paper studies the mechanical equipment when product the high-speed rail track slabusing the pre-tensioning method. The purpose is to design the mechanical equipment for theprestress pretensioning. The main task is to design the synchronization unloading mechanism,the track slab and the tensioned tool. The use of the devices is to eliminate the micro-cracks ofthe track slab and improve the strength of the track slab.In the course of the study, I firstly inspect the production process and the requirements ofthe track slab in the track slab factory. Secondly, I design the unloading mechanism, moldsthe tensioned tool, and analysis the all parts. Last of all, all the equipments are used inQiqihaer pilot plant. And optimize the design of the lack found in the trail.The unloading mechanism can slow sync unloading and eliminate the micro-cracks.AndI will application for the invention patents for the unloading mechanism. Molds meet therequirements of the prestress pretensioning method.The equipment for the pre-tensioned process of the high-speed rail track slab is made bydesign, software analysis, on-site use. We have achieved a great success.The detected resultsshow that the strength of the track slab. These devices provide assurance for independentproduction of the track slab with pre-tensioned method and the track slab will be used in thehigh-speed rail.
