With the rapid development of the economy, the increasing of expressway, the problem of the management of the highway has been put on the agenda in our country. Because of the action of natural environment, increasing traffic flow and vehicle load, material deterioration, the various performance of the freeway pavement have undergone various degree damages, Even far below the pavement caused by the expected service life or the expected application functions so its normal service function is influenced. How to prolong the life span and how to decrease the construction or investment with keeping the well level of pavement, has gradually become one of the concerned problems in the domain of domestic and foreign academia. The keys of the research about the freeway pavement are reasonable evaluate the reliability, Prediction of remaining Life-time and maintenance system of concrete freeway pavement.Through the analysis of the life cycle cost theory, the dissertation studied the deterioration situation evaluating and prediction and maintenance system of concrete freeway pavement. The research step of thesis includes:(1)The background significance and research situation is introduced at home and abroad about of the highway pavement performance. Studied the basis theory of LCC fundamental theory, and analyzed Article studied bridge life-cycle cost components. Lay the foundation for establishing the min-cost model which has been appointed the service level.(2)The Influencing factors about the performance of freeway pavement are summed up. Combining with industrial characteristics and standard domestic and overseas, determine the evaluation of pavement performance. The elementary thought and method of Evaluation of concrete freeway pavement are searched, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various assessment methods. Various which impact comprehensive evaluation on freeway pavement performance are systematized and clear. Assessment for pavement performance based on Rough Set Theory, and introduced it through the project example in this paper. The result proves that it makes assessment of method more reasonable and more practical.(3)Studied of deterioration mechanism of freeway pavement performance, based on the analysis of prediction factors of pavement performance and existing typical deterioration model, forecast the residual life used Grey Theory. The result proves that the forecasting of method are more reasonable and more practical.(4)Basic LCC model and according to different maintenance, Based on practical situation of optimal maintenance and rehabilitation strategies of asphalt pavement. Analysis the cost and the benefit of the pavement maintenance utilizing the economic principle of the project. According to the actual situation in our country, establish the min-cost model which has been appointed the service level. The solution to optimize the decision-making plan is derived by using an improved genetic algorithm. The result proves this thesis is more reasonable and more practical.
