Corrugated steel web plate prestressed concrete box girder is a kind of new steel-concrete composite structures. It replaces the concrete web with corrugated steel webin the prestressed concrete box girder. Its salient features is used for around10mm to20mm thickness steel plate to replace concrete web thickness is30~80cm. It haslight weight, high prestressed load-efficiency, clear load condition, no inclined crackson the web, artistic and such outstanding advantages. With the increase of bridge spans,the height of the web also increases accordingly. In builted bridge, the thickness ofcorrugated steel web plate is generally small.The majority within8~20mm,equivalent to a small percentage of the ordinary concrete web thickness (300~800mm).Therefor, damage form is change from the strength failure of the concrete web toinstability of corrugated steel web plate.The main research contents are as follows:First, this article comb through the stability theory of corrugated steel web plate,including the calculation of local buckling strength, the overall and the synthesisbuckling strength. Taking long-span corrugated steel web continuous rigid framebridges——Hua Tian river birdge as engineering background, this paper introduceshear buckling calculation and lining shear capacity calculation of the engineering.Secongd,takeing the initial geometric defects, material plasticity,geometricalnonlinear and large deformation effect into account,this article uses the ANSYSnonlinear buckling analysis function for the whole process of corrugated steel webplate buckling response. This paper reference the corrugated shape and appearance sizeof corrugated steel web plate bridge, and analys the the corrugated steel web platebuckling mode and buckling limit load of multiple nonlinear model which has thedifferent thickness, wave-height and tilting angle, straight plate width, beam depth,space of transverse diaphragm and the thickness of concret lining.Third, taking the inspiration from the steel box girder and other types ofsteel-concrete composite box girder-bridge, the paper creatively adds stiffening ribsteel,steel diaphragm and steel lateral linker to the corrugated steel web bridge. Thenanalyse its effection for the stability of corrugated steel web.Through analyzing the stability of the corrugated steel web, this article providesreference for similar bridge design and research work, to some extent.
