Construction details play an important role in durability and mechanical performance ofhighway concrete bridges, but research on evaluation of rational and durable constructiondetails have been a vacancy. Based on the concept of rational and durable construction details,taking good durability, mechanical properties, construction feasibility, technological economyas evaluation targets, this article puts forward a evaluation method of rational and durableconstruction details, which establishes theory and technology foundations for consummationof technology standard systems, such as design of highway concrete bridge, construction andquality control, detection and evaluation, maintenance etc. The main research contents are asfollows:(1) Based on research achievement of highway concrete bridge evaluation method indomestic and overseas, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of existing evaluationmethods, through positioning reasonable durability of concrete bridge construction details, anhierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is built. By researching the confirmingmethod of weight and membership functions, comprehensive considering the durability,mechanical properties, construction feasibility and technical economy, an overall evaluationmethod is put forward.(2) According to the concept of concrete bridge rational and durable construction details,combining the test technical levels and test data of domestic bridge, on the basis ofenvironment categories and function level, a durability index system is established. Thissystem respectively analyzes the influencing factors of corresponding indexes, such asdurability, mechanical properties, construction feasibility and technique economics of rationaland durable construction details of highway concrete bridge. Then a multi-level evaluationindex system of highway concrete bridge rational and durable construction details isestablished.(3) Based on AHP and fuzzy math theory, the evaluation factors weights of the rule layerand index layer in evaluation model are suggested, the membership function of every index isstructured. The evaluation criteria,evaluation standards of factors index and the valuemethods of rational and durable construction details are determined, considering durability, mechanical properties, construction feasibility and technical economy. These lay thefoundation for establishing design methods of rational and durable construction details ofconcrete bridge at home.(4) Using the evaluation method researched in this paper, through investigating basicinformation and the application of rational and durable construction details for a certain realbridge, separately evaluating the durability, mechanical properties, construction feasibilityand technical economy of the applicative construction details, besides comprehensivlyevaluating the improve degree of the applicative construction details, the process of theevaluation method of rational and durable construction details is explained, the rationality ofthe evaluation method is verified.
