Based on investigation, collection and sorting of early disease diagnosis for the bridge of themain road in Jilin province, a preliminary judgment was made about causes of the disease and itwas classified separately according to mechanical reasons, construction reasons, design andmaintenance reasons, and the early main diseases made by mechanical and design reasonsneeded to be analyzed. Through the systematic investigations and tests, the early main diseasesof the concrete in the special site were analyzed, and the effects about the non-compactness ofconcrete, coarse aggregate heterogeneity, the application of additive agent for concrete strength,the bonding between the concrete and the rebar and their interaction were researched. By usingthe finite element theory and the similarity theory, loading mechanism of the reinforced concretein usual component size and material ratio was analyzed and the influence about which iscaused by concrete uneven, imperfect and cohesion decline were considered so that it couldprovide basic basis for relatively optimized structure design scheme. Also critical dimension ofthe concrete as non-uniform body materials which was in accord with engineering structurecontinuity and uniformity model in meeting the precision conditions and the interaction betweenconcrete minimum structure size and coarse aggregate size included their optimal matchingrelations were researched, and the small size components of the bridge was defined so that itcould provide reliable basis for objective understanding to the engineering characteristics andformulating possible engineering countermeasures scheme. Using theoretical analysis and testresults, the research can improve technical measures and methods of concrete course aggregatesand uniformity, the application of a small structure size concrete about high-performanceconcrete in these special parts of the bridge and relevant construction craft was researchedcomparatively.
