The design of the turnover machine for flat truck aims to make convenience ofrepairing of flat truck in environment of port. The usage of the flat truck is verymuch in loading and unloading dragged of port, this need frequent repairing andmaintenance. So it needs turnover flat truck between the operation, which has madethis topic: design and manufacturing a turnover machine for flat truck. The researchwork aims to design a type of machinery, which can be convenient, safety, fast onturnover the flat truck in180DHS, to reduce the maintenance costs, and save humanand machine force of maintenance process, and improve production efficiency. Theresearch works include principles design, structural design,3d molding andengineering drawing plotting, the measurement of manufacturing and eventually useeffect monitoring.The comprehensive evaluation and multi-project selection method are used in theprinciple design and the detail design, the design is checked by the simulationexperiment. The final designed machine can turnover flat truck completely satisfy,fast, smoothly, and operation simplified, only needs one worker for remote controls.Maintenance workers can then safely and conveniently repair the flat truck. The turnover machine for flat truck increased safety and convenience of the work formaintenance workers, meet the requirement of carrying capacity in range of weighttrailer5to15tons, and can be used in outdoor environment, the anti-jamming abilityfor the dust, sand, etc is good, having no need for the construction of specialmaintenance shop, which saving a lot of cost.
