The vehicle energy storing device is the key component of the hybridvehicle, and the reliable parameter sampling is important to theadministration of the energy storing device. So it is very important to doresearch on the parameter sampling, which can help enhance the safety,reliability and market acceptance of the hybrid vehicle. In this paper theparameter sampling and sampling fault of the lithium-ion ultracapacitorsystem are studied. The main research works are as follows:Firstly,according to the sampling requirement of the lithium-ionultracapacitor system this paper uses the dual range current sensor for thehigh precision current sampling, uses multi-themistor and chooses theoptimal split-voltage resistance and sensor placement to realize the highperformance price ratio temperature sampling and chooses the cell voltagesampling method which bases on the multiplexers to realize the highprecision and low price cell coltage sampling. Moreover, the delay time ofthe cell voltage sampling is analyzed and the method to reduce the cellconsistency detection error is proposed.The sampling fault will affect the normal operation of the lithium-ionultracapacitor sampling system. This paper analyzes the sampling fault ofsampling system and proposed the method to do fault diagnosis for thesampling fault. The mathematic model is used to do fault diagnosis for thecurrent impact sampling,the hardware redundancy method is used to do faultdiagnosis for the current bias fault,the value judgment is used to do faultdiagnosis fo the complete sampling fault diagnosis and the linear neuralnetwork is used for the temperature sampling fualt and signal correction.Above all, this paper studies the design and fault diagnosis for the current sampling, the temperature sampling and the voltage sampling. Therelated research is done and the method is verification by the simulation andexperiment.
