The sonicated numerical simulation forecast of marine oil platforms is a very important research topic in the field of design and construction.during the normal operation, the vibration and high-decibel noise of is generated by the normal operation of equipment, it will not only cause the resonance of equipment components and mechanical stress fatigue, but also adversely affect the physical and mental health of offshore staffs. If staffs are in a high-noise environment for a long time, not only lead to the noise tinnitus or deafness, but also induce a wide range of diseases of the cardiovascular system, nervous system, digestive system, there will be serious life-threatening. Indirectly also affect the mood of the staff, while pose a security risk to the normal operation of the platform. Therefore, all countries concerned about the comfort of complex structures such as offshore oil platforms, especially research on vibration and noise spend a lot of human and financial resources. In this paper, the application of acoustic vibration VA ONE software for noise studies of jacket platform, then research noise level of the living compartments and opening areas. The main contents include:(1) This article uses the finite element software Patran to study vibro-acoustic prediction model of large jacket platform. Because of large scale of platform and many related equipment components,causing inconvenience on modeling, and considering the accuracy requirements of vibro-acoustic prediction, so this article take appropriate simplification in the modeling process.(2) This article import the model into VA ONE software and establish the boundary element model,calculated noise contours of the four conditions on deck, middle deck and lower deck. According to the relevant rules and the noise distribution combined with the IMO A.468(XII). draw excessive noise area and corresponding measures.(3) This article uses acoustics software VA One to establish a platform for statistical energy model, by analyzing the noise level of the the platform living and working compartments, and design typical cabin noise isolation programs, total including seven noise reduction measures,and finally contrast on noise reduction measures feasibility stronger, better economy measures.
