The Enterprise development strategy is the highest strategy of the modern enterprise management, which takes an irreplaceable position and role. It is an all around design for the corporate to fit in the competitive environment and look for development with perennial future. This design needs to show the purpose and goal for the enterprise management. It is kind of a medium to long-term behavior. The moment it used and quality are directly related to the enterprise’s survival and development.Land Landscape Design Company is a small-sized landscape design company, which is entering the rapid growth stage. There are a lot of companies that are similar with the Land landscape Design Company in the landscape design industry. They have small scale of operation, simple products and services and they are short of projects. All of these companies are facing the problem of how to build the enterprise development strategies.In this paper the author did some research on both the internal and external environments of Land Landscape Design Company. Based on the PEST analysis and SWOT analysis of the company, the author understands that the development of the company can be affect by various key facts and put forward a new Enterprise development strategy for the Land Landscape design company. Finally, according to the strategic plan, the author put forward the construction of Land company development strategy and the security strategy to implement organization function.First of all, the research background and research purpose are major concepts described in this paper. Secondly, this paper introduces the use of the related theories and tools. Thirdly, it discusses from both the internal and external environment of the Land Landscape Design Company and makes a development strategy that a strategy of using the strength of itself to look for advantages in the market. In addition, this paper indicates the structure key facts of the development strategy. At last, the author explains the organization function of the development strategy in the Land Landscape Design Company.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environments of Land landscape, we draw a conclusion:After ten year’s development, the Land Landscape Design Company has already finished the primitive accumulation of Management, cash and technical resources. Both the internal and external environments require the company first make itself strong and then make itself big.There are many small and medium-sized companies in our country that have small operation scale and simple product service. Land Landscape Design Company is also face the problem they are faced, so Land Landscape Design Company decides show the analysis process to other companies that can be used as references.In conclusion, the Land Landscape Design Company should choose a strategy that can fully exploit its advantages and use the external opportunity.
