Research on Energy-saving of Living Enviroment for New Rural Residence in Qingdao Region

With the strengthening of China’s rural economy and advancement of the newruralconstruction, a large number of villages are under renovation and re-planning, andthe number of new houses is also increasing year by year. The promotion ofresource-saving concept in new rural construction will not only help to improve thefunction and quality of the houses, but also to boost rural economic development.Based on field research, this paper studied the village houses in Qingdao.Regarding imperfect planning, unsatisfactory living environment, outdatedhouse-building techniques, and poor thermal performance of the exterior protectionstructure in the researching process, this paper carried out a theoretical analysis on thefollowing four aspects, village’s plan, the management of living environment, singlebuilding design, and exterior protection structure design of the rural houses inQingdao;Using of affordable, local conditions and green comfortable guiding principles,the paper proposed that building a friendly rural communities in Qingdao region, farmresidences should be in the form of low-rise town layout and fully functional body, atthe same time taking appropriate technology for local energy-saving insulation of theexternal structure.Taking typical rural house in Qingdao area for example and combined with theenergy-saving technical measures of the external structure, the paper design threedifferent residential energy conservation programs: grass-board sandwich wallinsulation, double glazed windows, and the optimal combination of grass-boardsandwich insulation wall, double glazed windows and grass-board insulation roof. Asimulation was carried out on Ecotect Analysis software to imitate the heat and natural environment, by contrast to the original program and the three energy-saving programsimulation data, the paper concluded that the effect of the grass-board insulation wasverified, the design of energy-saving housing was rationality and green insulationmaterial suitable for promotion of energy efficient residential buildings of the Qingdaoarea were identified. This paper summed up a single design suitable and optimalcombination of design for the Qingdao area of rural residential energy efficiency, inorder to provide reference for the farmers of the local economic level. This study isexpected to be applied to the practical design strategy of the current new ruralconstruction in Qingdao.
