With China’s rapid economic development and continuous improvement of livingstandards, residential energy-saving has been an important part of SustainableDevelopment Strategy in our country. Because of so many people and so largeresidential area, the residential energy-saving in the rural area has been drawn moreand more attention. The economic in rural of Hunan province is not developed, andthe area is belonged to hot summer and cold winter region. Because of limited capitalinvestment and adverse weather conditions, more rules will been required to meet theneed of residential energy-saving in rural area. Therefore, the research of theresidential energy-saving in rural area of Hunan province in this article will bringalong positive significance to our country’s residential energy-saving obviously.The Hunan area modern rural residence energy saving mode research from thestate "eleven five" the support of science and technology plan major project:"residential energy conservation technology standard"(2008BAJ08B12) research item"hot summer and cold winter climate district rural residential energy saving technicalstandard research" project, mainly in field research, software simulation, comparativeanalysis, interdisciplinary methods to start this research.At first, the article elaborated the paper research background and the significance,introduced the domestic and foreign research trends, and puts forward the researchproblem, and the research content, method, framework for planning; then through tothe Hunan area of the existing dwelling in the field survey data analysis, the maincontents include the structure of energy consumption construction of indoor andoutdoor thermal environment and analysis of test data, so as to find the problem,which was informed that the area of modern rural residence energy saving direction;then use the building thermal engineering related theoretical knowledge, combinedwith the Hunan region of modern farming curtilage the components of the currentcommon practice, the thermal performance of a detailed analysis, and in-depthunderstanding of Hunan area of existing farming curtilage thermal characteristics forthe next chapter, study smoothly basis; and then the next step in this paper based onthe analysis of current situation of Hunan region, modern farming curtilage indoorthermal environment to improve simulation analysis, follow the principle ofeverything from reality, seeking the method and ways to solve problems; finally, using the above-mentioned research conclusion and method, undertook a modern ruralresidence energy saving design patterns, and the The simulation verification, test thefeasibility of the mode of.
