The strand is a very common structures, because of its flexibility, high strength, are widely used in various fields, such as slope reinforcement, bridge Lazio, its status has been the subject of engineering circles attention. The current cable force measurement method is difficult to meet the requirements of dynamic detection. Using flux sensor for the detection of cable force measurements with good accuracy, good durability, low cost advantages. The method and the traditional detection methods are compared with the most potential, current, already in the actual project has been applied gradually.First, summarized the domestic and foreign several traditional cable stress detection method. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of it, based on the Magnetic-elastic stress detecting method the most prospects. On this foundation, summarizes the flux sensor principle, circuit structure, various parameters and excitation mode selection.Secondly, analyzes the cable force calculation as well as permeability calculation method,combined with the actual engineering of steel strand of structural characteristics on the equivalent simplification. Forward flux sensor design and installation process, analyzed the influence of detecting result of various factors, and according to various kinds of influence factors, put forward corresponding settlement route.Finally, the magneto-elastic effect applied in slope anchor cable stress detection. Analysis of the magnetic flux sensor to detect the anchor stress principle, according to the actual engineering anchor in actual structure characteristics, so as to determine the magnetic flux sensor magnetic circuit structure of various parameters, presents a magnetic flux sensor design and installation technology. Indoor tensioning experiments and collected experimental data analysis, evaluation of various parameters of sensor magnetic circuit design is to meet the testing requirements, puts forward the magnetic flux sensor dynamic monitoring of slope anchor stress feasibility.
