Along with the rapid economic development of our country, also will accelerate the urbanization process. the construction industry plays an immeasurable role. look around the world, many countries building energy consumption have accounted for40%of the total energy consumption society, which has seriously restricted the healthy development of the social economy, so energy conservation of the building is urgently needed. Autoclaved aerated concrete block (AAC block) is a kind of new wall material.It is microporous,blocky walling materials,using cement gypsum lime and sand as raw materials, aluminum powder as a gas-forming admixture, manufactured after a series production process. AAC block is a lightweight material and it has many other advantages like heat preservation ability, good insulation effect, sound insulation, seismic capacity, good fire prevention performance and easy application, etc.So it is widely used in public and private building construction.In this research project,we studied material, structure and thermal of AAC block,which are based on the theory, experience and technology of AAC block. The research content is to as following:(1)In the experiment,we use cement, lime, plaster, sand and hair gas agent as principal raw materials,optimally designed the proportion by using the hybrid activation technology to produce AAC blocks with the company.The technical indicators are identified to meet the relevant standards.(2)By means of modern advanced test detection technology and method, we studied the relationship between the composition, structure and performance, and then we study the special series mortar of AAC block.After a series of tests, we produce AAC block special mortar,which is low thermal conductivity and mechanical properties are meet the specifications.(3)Through the ANSYS numerical analysis method, we establish calculate model based on the test results.AAC block,special mortar,the thermal and mechanical properties of single wall was studied by applying finite element software ANSYS. Then we found the law of the wall cracking and thermal conductivity. Through the applied research of AAC block wall of this new energy-saving material, implement national energy saving and low-carbon economy development policy, contribute to broader application of the use of practical engineering and provides the technical support for building external wall thermal insulation system AAC block---this new type of energy-saving material.
