With the "sustainable development" become globalization strategy for humandevelopment in harmony with nature, green building has become inevitable trend ofdevelopment of construction industry. As the foundation and important part of green buildingdevelopment, green building materials’application and development directly determine thesuccess of green building development, and also have a significant influence to complete thetarget of energy saving and emission reduction and comprehensive utilization in the buildingmaterials industry in our province.At present, in Hunan Province, the development of green building materials is on thestart level. Although some success in the field of dry cement, new wall materials,energy-saving glass has been achieved , the development of green building materials still havemany problems, such as small-scale enterprises, weak competitiveness, market share is nothigh, the public awareness of energy saving and environmental protection is not strong. Toaccelerate the development of green building materials in our province, and support the socialconstruction of "two types" for green building materials. Through the survey of HunanProvince building materials industry present situation and resources, combined with thenational development policies and learn from the experience of the development of domesticand foreign achievements, this article is put forward the measure to accelerate the ourprovince green building materials development, make clear the basis idea, development targetand key on our province green building materials development, develop the grow planning ofgreen building materials in our province.Taking into account that nowadays building energy saving is the main part of greenbuilding. In the fifth Chapter of this article , firstly by using the mathematical optimizationmethod, and block material cost, energy-saving effect, block thickness, rib thickness for theconditions, the block were optimized, and draw that concrete composite insulation block tomeet the basic requirements, cost and energy-saving effect optimal block type, provide areference to save the source material costs and improve energy-saving effect for blockproduction enterprise; Then, analysis the thermal performance of the composite insulation block on theoretical, and were verified through energy experiments.
