Research on the Anti-sliding Micro-pile Technology in Slope Reinforcement

The ground with a certain inclination is slope. It is a kind of geological engineering with significant importance. The main part of the project’s normal operation is ralated with the state whether the slope is sliding. Anti-sliding piles are often used to preventing geo-hazard of landslide. Because of its high cost, terrible earthwork and construction interference, lower efficiency of construction, the anti-sliding piles with large cross section are difficult to carry out in practice.The anti-sliding micro-piles is a type of small diameter bored pile of which the diameter is between100and300mm.lt has a more and more wide application in slope reinforcing engineering. But people have no enough understand to the characteristic of anti-sliding micro-piles. Meanwhile the specifications about it are not pubilished.Besides the construction of anti-sliding micro-piles is restricted by the drilling machine. There are some theory questions which are needed to be answered urgently in design and construction.This paper is rely on the Tongping expressway in Hunan province. Through the mechanics analysis on the anti-sliding micro-piles and DHT hammer, the stress and deformation features of the anti-sliding micro-piles and DTH hammer drilling with casing is studied. By the engineering practice of the anti-sliding micro-piles and the monitoring results after the practice, the design and construction is verified feasible. The main results of research as follows:(1) Obtain the ideal that the anti-sliding micro-piles have advantage in slope reinforcement according to the selection principle of the slope reinforcement.(2) Using the cantilever beam theory in mechanics of materials and structural mechanics in analysising the internal stress of the anti-sliding micro-piles. Acquisition the stress distribution pattern of the anti-sliding micro-piles. Put forward the design method of pile stucture at the same time.(3) Study the drilling technology on DTH hammer. Accessing the relation between drilling depth and diameter on drilling with DTH hammer. Getting the factors that Influen the rate and thedepth of DTH hammer drilling.(4)Designing the anti-sliding micro-piles and practicing the project on the slope. By the construction of anti-sliding micro-piles, the safety factor of slope is risen to1.35. It proves that the anti-sliding micro-piles is efficient in slope reinforcement.(5)Through the success drilling with DHT hammer in the the anti-sliding micro-piles project, verify ing the correctness of the theoretical of DHT hammer drilling. Analysising the driving record to validate the correction of the drilling rate theory.(6)Getting the internal stress distribution of the pile body and the distribution coefficient between the front pile and back pile from the monitoring results. Inspecting the design theory and the reinforcement effect of anti-sliding micro-piles.
