In recent years, with the rapid development of the electric power industry in our country, the use of transformer is rising sharply in the electric power industry and the equipments in the power system. The transformer must be checked to be qualified by the measuring department before it is used in a circuit. As a result, the number of the transformers checked by the measuring department will rise largely. If you still check them by the old way, the workload will be rather large so that it will influence the development of the industry and make waste of the personnel. In this background, this article overviews the process about software and hardware and the interaction process of the Low-voltage CT Automation Calibration line, and as an indivisible part of this line, the specific design and implementation of Low-voltage CT Automation Calibration Management are introduced in detail.Firstly, this article makes a comprehensive overview to the Low-voltage CT Automation Calibration line. The hardware devices in the assembly line include the automatic removed devices, the intelligent identification devices, the appearance test devices, the automatic feeding devices, the automatic verification device, the automatic labeling devices, the automatic feeding device and the transformer visitation devices. The software system includes the transformer automatic verification monitoring system, the management system, the visitation system and the monitor-manage integration platform. Low-voltage CT Automation Calibration Management will check the transformers that are unqualified and specified to need to be checked, mainly to the transformer appearance inspection, the insulation resistance test, the power frequency withstanding voltage experiment and the secondary winding insulation strength test when ratios open, the magnetic saturation margin test and the basic error test and so on. Secondly, according to the demand about practical function in the visitation system, make the specific design and implementation, and give the method and way to improve performance according to the performance problems during the process of developing system. After a series of system test and debug, this system has extensive adaptability and extensibility, versatility and accuracy.Finally, the article summarizes the work, and points out that the system based on the. net framework has the outstanding reliability, easy maintenance, good user experience and aesthetics. And put forward the problems existing in the system and the insufficiency, and the prospect of the researching direction later is given.
