In recent years, the automobile production in China has entered a period of rapid development, especially the car sales and automotive gross ratio continued to rise substantially, with the progress of the times and the development of science and technology, the automotive industry for the gearbox of the increasingly high demand, its quality directly affects the vehicle’s quality, it is the reliability of automobile reliability. For this purpose, The transmission performance testing will become particularly important.Taking the gearbox detection device driving system as the research background, selection of three-phase asynchronous motor as the object of study, on the drive motor control Using DTC, focus on resolving the direct torque control in motor analog gearbox load, dynamic of the automobile gearbox shifting force, each gear shift displacement and performance test sections such as low speed torque ripple is too large, flux locus of occurrence of distortion as the key technology.First introduced the transmission load characteristic and the basic principle of direct torque control, and put forward in the low speed range,the shortcomings and some of the factors of influence on low speed performance, this paper presents a low pass filter with adaptive compensation of flux observation method, This method can not only eliminate low speed dc drift, also can ensure the output of the pure integral, through and traditional u-i model comparison, really can improve the performance of the low effect.This paper constructed using Matlab/Simulink adaptive compensation low-pass filter of direct torque control system simulation model, from the simulation results can be seen in, with direct torque control technology for detection device driver transmission motor control of the gearbox load mutations response is rapid, and indicated that the scheme is effective and feasible.In addition, in this article, DSP (TMS320LF2407) of TI Corporation is used as the core-processing chip of the control system, and Intelligent Power Module (IPM) is used as the power switch component. In the hardware design, it mainly designs the main circuit and control circuit, and gives the protection circuit. In software, it introduces the development environment and the main control method, and then gives some of the software flow chart.
