To solve seamless steel tube production line equipment for cutting the state long-term dependence on imports for high-grade steel , hard cutting , continuous operation and other characteristics, research and development of a vertical circular sawing machine . The device is integrated application of mechanical , hydraulic, pneumatic , electrical, computer and other technologies. Paper is divided into six chapters , as follows: 1 , Introduction seamless steel pipe production process and its cutting sawing machines , analyzes the development of domestic and sawing equipment and features , to clarify the development of carbide circular sawing machine significance. 2, from the sawing process and design requirements begin sawing proposed performance indicators, planned sawing system's overall structure and workflow , and mechanical systems, electrical control system to make a detailed design . Focuses on the spindle drive part , carriage guide , feed drive and other key components of the design . 3 , from the start modal analysis theory , leads to finite element modal analysis method and its representatives software ANSYS, ANSYS software and describes the functions and features . 4 , the establishment of circular saw blades vibration equation modeling analysis using ANSYS software, the static and dynamic characteristics of the blade , and comparative analysis of the film thickness , chuck diameter of the impact on the dynamic characteristics of the blade , put forward the corresponding structural improvements. 5, the spindle structure of the static and dynamic characteristics model analysis using ANSYS software, the static rigidity of the spindle and modal characteristics , based on the existing structure of the support span discussed contrast , the support stiffness of the spindle shaft , which made the spindle structural optimization design. 6 , summed thesis work , and proposed the issue needs further study and improve .
