Formulation and Its Technics for Preparing the Suspoemulsion of Metaflumizone and Triazophos Mixture

The30%metaflumizone-triazophos SE and its detection method were established. The30%metaflumizone·triazophos SE samples were prepared by three processing technologies, according to the formulation of pre-screened SC and EW. The results showed that the SE samples which were prepared by direct sanding method show a higher demixing of water, poor pourability and instability. Pourability and demixing of water of SE samples which prepared by mixing method and direct emulsification method were qualified. The SE samples had a better pourability and a lower demixing of water, which prepared by direct emulsification method using emulsifier of EL-60and PE6200.The other indicator measure results were qualified. The30%metaflumizone·triazophos SE detection method was studied, and the detection method was established in the same HPLC condition. The method was simple and had a good precision and accuracy.In the premise of the same formulation, SE samples which particle sizes were small were prepared by mixing method in low shear (1500rpm) for20minute or by direct emulsification method in2500rpm for30minute. The viscosity of SE prepared by direct sanding method is higher than the other methods, which cause the poor pourability. The demixing of water in RT and54℃were less than5%, indicating that the SE prepared by direct mixing method and direct emulsification method was qualified. While demixing of water in RT and54℃were greater than10%, indicating that the SE prepared by direct sanding method was unqualified. The suspensibility of SE prepared by direct emulsification method is highest followed by the method mixing, while the suspensibility of SE prepared by direct sanding method is lowest.The stability of SE prepared by three processing technologies was determined by turbiscan lab scanning. The results showed that the particle sizes of SE become larger rapidly and the syetem appears flocculation and coalescence phenomena. The particle sizes of SE prepared by mixing method did not change significantly, sediment and clarification were appeared. The particle sizes of SE prepared by direct emulsification method become slightly larger, bottom and top of the SE samples were relatively stable, showing a good stability.The influence of SC-3and NNO on the stability of SE was investigated. The results showed that dispersion and pourability of SE prepared by two types dispersant did not show a significant difference. Surface tension significantly reduced and zeta potential absolute value is higher in the SE system. The SE system prepared by NNO is instability. The influence of zeta potential and demixing of water of the SC, SE which were prepared by different dispersant types and amounts were further studied. The results showed that, with two kinds of dispersant increases, zeta potential absolute value of the same trends. The demixing of water in RT and54℃were slowly rising after falling.
