Hammer crusher is an efficient and widely used crushing tools , but there is not enough domestic hammer crusher , such as the determination of installed power , to determine the size of the key parts , domestic factory mainly by theoretical calculations and the ratio of foreign crusher to determine the installed power and size of parts , lack of theoretical research . In this paper, the mechanical system dynamics simulation software ADAMS and finite element analysis software ANSYS / LS -DYNA PCM160, PCM250 and PCM400 three models hammer crusher installed power simulation analysis , hammer crusher load starting power, as well as conditions power consumption. Meshless algorithm using LS-DYNA SPH particle model of the coal and rock , and its crushing process and energy consumption were studied and analyzed . By hammer crusher installed power , it is found that the main factors affecting the installed power installed power and through capacity and rotational inertia of the moment of inertia through capacity and crusher relationship . Difficult to determine the stress state due process of hammer crusher work force status of complex structural analysis , therefore this article using ADAMS and ANSYS software the hammer crusher Joint analysis platform , flexible body data exchange , loaded in ANSYS ADAMS simulation results of stress analysis , force analysis of its key components .
