Perfluorinated sulfonic acid ion-exchange membrane is a kind having a selective-permeable ion exchange membrane, its performance, In addition to the oxidation resistance, mechanical strength, good thermal stability, low resistance and high selectivity is also prominent features, so not only be applied to the proton membrane fuel cell, but he had been widely used in the chlor-alkali industry, electrolysis of deionized water was prepared hydrogen and oxygen, the electrical adsorption desalination, desalination and sewage treatment. Perfluorinated sulfonic acid membranes developed and modified in domestic as well as of its value is particularly important, very important significance. This paper domestic perfluorinated sulfonic acid resin, prepared in the molding process by casting a perfluorosulfonic acid proton-exchange membrane, and the use of different mesh density PTFE, as enhanced prepared sulfonate complex film, and to improve the shrinkage of the film surface due to water absorption swelling uneven phenomenon caused by too large, so as to effectively prevent the sustainable use of the pole pitch electrolytic application process; perfluorinated sulfonic acid membrane recycling liquid preparation of composite proton membrane beneficial resources, and further reducing the production cost. In this paper, phenol - formaldehyde carbon airgel system homemade perfluorinated sulfonic acid ion exchange membrane modified the the carbon airgel aperture and the added amount of the modification effect, and applied electric adsorption desalination electrolysis of brine, the analysis of its the desalting effects and electrolysis efficiency. The results show that the average pore size of 9.76nm to 590m2 / g, a specific surface area, and the addition amount of 2% of the mesoporous carbon airgel modified perfluorosulfonic acid proton exchange membrane, the moisture content is slightly reduced while, reduce the degree of swelling, improve the water retention properties and electrical conductivity of perfluorosulfonic acid proton exchange membrane; and applied electro-absorption effect desalination process, a certain application prospects. In this paper, containing pt amount of 40% of the carbon contained platinum as a catalyst for change catalyst load method, the researchers applied water electrolysis hydrogen membrane electrode preparation process and performance, analysis compared different catalyst load prepared ion-exchange membrane water electrolysis hydrogen electrolysis efficiency, as well as the amount of catalyst added electrolytic performance. The results show that the amount of electro-catalyst 0.36mg/cm2, secondary flow casting molding process, the electro-catalyst and a resin prepared in the form of embedded proton exchange membrane used in water electrolysis hydrogen, the electrolysis efficiency is higher, the highest The hydrogen production rate can be achieved 1.50ml/min/cm2.
