Because of its structure and properties, fly ash composite material has good thermal, acoustic and thermal combustion performance, usually as a thermal insulation, sound insulation and fire protection engineering materials, but relatively large fly ash composite material brittle and easily deformed issues also caused ash composite materials in engineering applications narrowness. Therefore need to find a reinforcing fiber material as reinforcement of the composite material is greatly improved overall performance. This article uses the velvet-like bamboo fiber as reinforcement, fly ash as a matrix. Make full use of velvet-like bamboo fiber excellent in mechanical properties and fly ash in thermal, acoustic and thermal combustion sexual superiority, prepared velvet-like bamboo fiber / fly ash reinforced composites. Material not only has good mechanical properties and also has good thermal, acoustic and thermal combustion performance, has a broad market prospect is a new engineering building. This paper studies and conclusions are as follows: First, the research velvet-like bamboo fiber preparation and velvet-like bamboo fiber with a long bamboo fiber, bamboo fiber powder form for comparison.
