Since the mid-1990s, aquaculture industry began to introduce Scientific breeding technology from developed countries On a large scale, making our country’aquaculture industry start it’s rapid development.However, because aquaculture investors pursue profits excessively and country lack supervision of aquaculture,the aquaculture enterprises’scales are uneven and the production status is frustrating. Aquaculture production sites are usually far away from the social perspective, mostly scatter in rural areas widely.Although the use of antibiotics, severe environment pollution and dead or sick birds’package problem have attracted much attention,the staff responsibility, social responsibility are still ignored. This paper is to do the compare research of the phenomenon after the introduction of science and technology in the goose feather industry, hoping to find out the pros and cons of the introduction of science and technology,and how to take the essence to the dregs, so as to improve aquaculture industry.The first chapter introduces the differences between traditional aquaculture and modern aquaculture, defining what are scientific breeding techniques and introduced concept.That the introduction of scientific breeding techniques is not just the introduction of foreign advanced science and technology, but the possible ways to improve traditional breeding techniques from five possible ways:the large-scale production, the production of standardized, organized, pollution control, drive the surrounding.The second Mainly introduces the breeding status at home and abroad as well as the theories that have been involved in this paper as well as comparison and analysis in the rest of the article.The third chapter mainly talks the difference between Traditional breeding enterprises and goose industry,as well as the cause of current situation.from the large-scale production, the production level of standardization, hierarchical organization, how to prevent and control pollution, driving the surrounding.The fourth chapter states the results and impact of the local breeding industry, employer’s liability, changes in the environment, food safety and the surrounding after the introduction of science and technology in goose industry.The fifth chapter is a summary and a reflection of the results and impacts of the introduction of science and technology, as well as how to properly introduce scientific breeding techniques
