The study was conducted to investigate the effects of different protein level,fermentedsoybean meal on the growth performance in cherry valley ducks and the related mechanism.1.Effects of different protein level on growth performance of cherry valley ducks and relatedmechanismMethod480one-day-old ducklings were randomly divided into three groups,four replicates pergroup,fourty waterfowls per replicate.Protein level in group I was21%according to the feedingstandard,while group II was20%and group III was19%.Lysin,Methionine and Threonine in dietswere regulated to the same level.Experiment include two stages,1~3weeks and4~6weeks.Results3-weeks-old: Feed intake and body gain of group II,III were dramatically higher than groupI(P<0.01),feed gain ratio of group II was significantly lower than group I(P<0.05).The feed gainratio of entire phase in group III was remarkly lower than group II(P<0.01).Group II has animprovement in breast weights compared with group I(P<0.05). The leg weights of group I wassignificantly higher than group III.3-weeks-old:The activity of Alkline phosphatase in group I was outstandingly higher thangroup II(P<0.05),and MDA in group III was significantly lower than group II(P<0.05)at the same time.The content of blood urea nitrogen in group I during4~6weeks was remarkly higherthan group II(P<0.05),GSH in group II,III was respectly higher than group I(P<0.05).3-weeks-old: Thymus index of group II was higher than group I,II(P<0.01),6-weeks-old:Spleen index of group I was significantly higher than group I,II(P<0.05, P<0.01).6-weeks-old:The duodenal plasma cell number in group II was dramatically lower than groupI,III (P<0.05).Ileal plasma cell number in group II was significantly higher than group III(P<0.05).The number of mucous cell in group I was significantly higher than group III (P<0.05).Thenumber of jejunal mucous cell in group II was remarkly higher than group III,and the ileal mucouscell number was significantly higher than group I(P<0.05).3-weeks-old:The activity of duodenal amylase in group I,III were significantly higher thangroup II(P<0.05). Duodenal lipase in group II during1~3weeks was remarkly higher than groupI,III(P<0.01).6-weeks-old:and duodenal amylase activity in group I was dramatically higher than groupIII(P<0.01).Duodenal lipase activity in group II was significantly higher group III(P<0.05).3-weeks-old:The content of nitrogen in feces of group III were significantly lower than groupI,II(P<0.05),6-weeks-old:Nitrogen in feces of group II was dramatically lower than group I(P<0.05).Thephosphorus contein of group III was outstandingly lower than group I,II(P<0.01).ConclusionDifferent protein level in diets supplemented EAA impact the growth performance of cherryvalley ducks,the experiment showed that19%,20%CP in diet had a better performance.Differentprotein level in diets influence the plasma biochemistry and antioxidation indices.20%CP in dietscould improve the immune function and the activity duodenal digestible enzyme of cherry valleyducks,the contein of nitrogen and phosphorus in feces was increased with the protein level.2.Effects of fermented soybean meal on growth performance cherry valley ducks and itsmechanismMethod800one-day-old ducklings were randomly divided into five groups,four replicates pergroup,fourty waterfowls per replicate.Group I were fed with basic diet supplemented with 30mg/kg zinc bacitracin and6mg/kg colistinsulfate;grou II were fed with basic diet;group III,IV,Vwere respectively fed with diet contained3%,6%,9%of FSBM.Results3-weeks-old:Average body gain of group IV,V were significantly higher than the controlgroup(P<0.05);but there were not significant difference between group I,II,III(P>0.05) andgroup IV,V(P>0.05). There were not difference between groups in feed gain ratio and survivalrate(P>0.05).6-weeks-old::Average body gain in group I,II,III,IV were remarkly higher than group II(P<0.01),but there were not difference between group I,II,III,IV(P>0.05).Feed gain ratio in group IVwas significantly lower than group II(P<0.01).Survival rate in group I,III,IV,V were dramaticallyhigher than group II(P<0.05).6-weeks-old:The breast weights in group I,III,IV were significantly higher than the controlgroup(P<0.05). The leg weights in group I,III,IV,V were all dramatically higher than group II(P<0.05),but there were not difference between group I,III,IV,V(P>0.05).3-weeks-old:Total protein in plasma of group IV and V were improved compared with thegroup I(P<0.05),and group III had the same effect when compared with goup I(P<0.01).Ureanitrogen in sereum of group V was dramatically lower than group II(P<0.05).Urea acid in bloodof group III,IV,V were outstandingly decreased compared with group II(P<0.05).Theexperimental results showed that SOD in sereum of group III,V significantly increased comparedwith group II(P<0.05).The contents of GSH significantly higher than group II(P<0.05),andMDA dramatically lower than group I(P<0.05).6-weeks-old:Total protein in plasma of group IV was significant higher than that in groupII(P<0.05).Urea nitrogen in serum of group III,IV,V were all lower than that in group II(P<0.01).There were not difference in urea acid content in blood between groups(P>0.05).Alkalinephosphatase in group III was dramatically lower than that in group II(P<0.05).3-weeks-old:thymus index in group III,IV were remarkly increased compared with groupII(P<0.05), spleen index in group IV,V were outstandingly improved when compared withgroup II(P<0.05).6-weeks-old:thymus index in group III,spleen index and lactobacillus in group V wassignificantly increased when compared with group I(P<0.05).Comparing with group II, spleen index in group III was increased(P<0.05),3-weeks-old:Lactobacillus number in group III,IV were dramatically increased comparedwith group I(P<0.05),and lactobacillus number in group IV was significantly increased comparedwith group II(P<0.05).6-weeks-old: the number of E.coli in group III was decreased(P<0.05), the number ofBifidobacterium in group IV,V were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the number ofLactobacillus in group V was dramatically increased (P<0.05).6-weeks-old:Comparing with group II,the number of jejunal acid mucopolysaccharide ingroup IV was significantly increased(P<0.05).6-weeks-old:Comparing with group II,the number of duodenal intraepithelial lymphocyte ingroup IV was outstandingly increased (P<0.01).Comparing with group I,the number of jejunalintra epithelial lymphocyte in group III,IV were significantly increased (P<0.01),whilecomparing with group II, the number of jejunal intra epithelial lymphocyte in group V wassignificantly increased (P<0.01).Comparing with group I,the number of ileal intra epitheliallymphocyte in group IV was remarkly increased (P<0.01);comparing with group II,the number ofileal intra epithelial lymphocyte in group IV,V were remarkly increased(P<0.01, P<0.05).6-weeks-old:Comparing with group I,II,the number of duodenal plasma cell in group III,IV,Vwere significantly increased(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.05).Comparing with group I,the number ofjejunal plasma cell in group III,IV,V were respectly increased(P<0.05, P<0.05,P<0.01).Comparing with group I,the number of ileal plasma cell in group III,IV,V weredramatically decreased.6-weeks-old:Duodenal mast cell number in group V was lower than that in group II.Jejunalmast cell number in group III,IV,V were respectly decreased (P<0.01).6-weeks-old:Compared to group II,duodenal amylase of group III,V was respectlyimproved(P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.01). Compared with group I,II,Lipase activity of group IV wasrespectly increased (P<0.01). Crypt depth of group III,V were significantly lower than groupI,II(P<0.05, P<0.01).Villus height of group IV was dramatically higher than group II (P<0.01),and group V was significantly higher than group I (P<0.01).Compared to group I andII,VH/CD of group III and IV were outstandingly increased,respectly (P<0.01).6-weeks-old:Compared to group II,contend of nitrogen in group III and V were reduced by 3.25%、2.89%.Nitrogen in group IV was significant lower than group II (P<0.01).Phosphorus in group IV wasdramatically decreased,compared with group I(P<0.05).ConclusionFermented soybean meal could improve the growth performance,plasma biochemicalindecies and antioxidation parameters of cherry valley ducks.Fermented soybean meal couldenhance the immunity of cherry valley ducks.Fermented soybean meal could enhance thedigestible function and reduce the
