Coke oven vehicles are the key equipment in coke production. Coke oven vehicles’ accurate orientation control is the necessary assurance of keeping reliable production. But the environment of coke oven’s field is bad and complicated, vehicles’ system lead to fault easily, meanwhile, in coking production, the coke pusher, coke guide and quenching car are demanded to work in parallel. Therefore, vehicles’auto orientation is a key technology in coke production. In view of these questions, on the basic of the exhaustive contrast and analysis for the domestic and foreign existing control system, a designal concept of the furnace number recognition and the precise alignment separated is proposed, which applied the multi-sensor orietation technology to carry on a new control system of three-carinter interlock control.The IC card based on RFID technology is used to identify the number of the oven in the coke oven number identification subsystem; and the coke oven is accurately orientated using the camera in the accurate orientatation subsystem, the traveling distance of coke oven vehicles is measured by rotary encoder, meanwhile, interference in the subsystem is dealed with Kalman filtering; Related information is transmited by wireless communication module. Which haven’t mentioned yet. These solutions can ensure aceurate identification of the oven number. For example, the deviation of the automatic parking position is within 10mm. Moreover, the data transmititon are reliable. The unique draft can greatly reduce building and maintenance costs, inerease the precision of automatic position and enhance the applicability of this control system.
