Currently the water growing problem of oil pollution on human and ecological environment caused serious harm. The expanded graphite and high oil absorption resin, oil-absorbing materials and other representative, there is production of pollution, and high cost. Some crops such as corn stalks and other straw with natural oil absorption capacity, charring can be treated as a new oil absorbent material. According to the research needs of the project to design a fixed bed of biomass pyrolysis carbonization test device, peanut shells, rape straw, corn stalks three kinds of raw agricultural residues for the trial, in 350 ℃ ~ 550 ℃ pyrolysis carbonization temperature, 5 ℃ / min ~ 15 ℃ / min heating rate, 30min-90min holding time straw carbonized material prepared under suction performance and basic physical characteristics were studied, analysis of the carbonization process parameters on the carbonized material absorbing properties and basic physical characteristics , and to explore the best carbonization process parameters, analysis straw carbonized material absorbing mechanism, research carbonized material absorbing the feasibility of the use of post-combustion. Straw carbonization of oil production and application materials provide valuable basic data. The results showed that: peanut shells, rape straw and corn stalks three kinds of raw materials with the carbonization temperature rise rate of solid carbide was decreased when the carbonization temperature increased from 350 ℃ to 450 ℃, solid carbide yield decreased greatly. Carbonization process conditions at the same solid carbonization properties of peanut shells highest rate, while its lowest rate of bio-oil production. Carbonization temperature on three kinds of raw materials, the yield Carbonized most significant impact. Carbonization temperature of 550 ℃, heating rate of 5 ℃ / min, holding time of 90min prepared peanut shells, rape straw, corn stalks carbonized material is the best oil ratio indicators, including carbonization temperature on the carbonized material absorbing the most significant factor affecting . Corn stalks maximum carbonized material carbonized oil ratio than the other two materials, nearly 10g / g; peanut shells carbonized material oil ratio minimum, only 1g / g or so. Three kinds of carbonized material in the adsorption time 30min reached saturation. Three samples of peanut shells largest specific surface area of ??carbonized material, corn stalks minimum specific surface area of ??carbonized material. Specific surface area for adsorption of judgment moot. Three kinds of carbonized material is mesoporous (2-50nm) and macropores (50nm or more) based. Range of 1000 ~ 7300nm holes on the adsorption of 0 # diesel greatest contribution. Carbonized materials after three kinds of volatile oil content of 50% or more. Oil latter three straw carbonization materials have reached or exceeded the calorific anthracite heat, easy to ignite and burn, the entire combustion process have good combustion performance, is the quality of boiler fuel, ignition material used as the boiler also has a certain feasible.
