The exploitation of coal resources make a significant contribution to the national economic development, meanwhile it also caused large-scale ground movement and deformation of the coal mining areas, so that the loading capacity of the building foundation above the gobs declines, resulting in the surface buildings and other facilities damaged. With the rapid development of urban construction, the lands being available for construction significantly appear insufficient, which makes some roads, industrial mining enterprises and residential village have to build above the mined-out gobs. In order to improve the environment of the mining subsidence area and the subsidence districting people’s living conditions, the central committee of the party and the state councils also put forward the task of the comprehensive manage of mining subsidence areas. The stability of the construction lands above Mined-out areas becomes the key factors, which restricts the industrial and mining enterprises etc infrastructure constructions, subsidence zone comprehensive managements and the construction planning of small towns.In view of the above situation, this paper analyses the regularity of the gobs’surface movement and deformation, and the stability factors which influence the surface land for construction of the gobs, basing on probability integral method of the random medium theory, and then make the anticipation of the deformation and the surface movement caused by underground mining. The paper uses the Matlab and Auto CAD to realize the visualization of the surface movement and deformation in mined-out area, and combines the related mining subsidence and mechanical theory, afterwards studies the deformations and movements of the earth’s surface the influences of the building load for building lands stability in gobs’surface, the building lands stability for construction of the gobs’surfaces was also evaluated. And finally, the paper puts forward a kind of convenient method of the visualization for the surface movement and deformation and the stability evaluation of the surface building lands above the gobs.
