Research on the Aca Hemodynamic Safety in Healthy Young People with Being Acupunctured on Gongsun

Objective:Observation of the acupuncutre effect at Gongsun (SP4) on the anterior cerebral artery blood flow velocity, vascular pulsatility index and resistance index, discussion the security on ACA blood flow in young people during acupuncture on left Gongsun (SP4)Method:Using HP CompanionⅢ transcranial Doppler ultrasound diagnostic apparatus, the probe frequency is7.5MHz. Size of acupuncture needles is Φ0.35×40mm. Volunteers are16healthy young people,both male and female eihgt,that confirmed by transcranial Doppler ACA blood flow imaging is normal. Each volunteer was in the supine position detected with a1.6MHz probe detection through temporal window of the anterior cerebral artery (ACA) at the end. Record the maximum systolic blood flow velocity (Vs), diastolic peak velocity (Vd), mean flow velocity (Vm), pulsatility index (PI), resistance index (RI) values while the ACA signal was stable at the time point of five bellow:10minutes before needling, the moment of penetrate,15minutes after penetrate,30minutes after penetrate and10minutes after needling.Enter all the information into SPSS Statistics V17.0to establish database, with X±S said measurement material, single factor analysis of variance statistical processing.Results:Acupuncture on(SP4), compared with10minutes before acupuncture, the whole datas has no meaning changes at any moment of the observation(P>0.05).Conclusion:1Acupuncture Gongsun cannot accelerate anterior cerebral artery blood flow velocity and the vascular resistance without affecting Gongsun, acupuncture on anterior cerebral artery hemodynamics with no positive effects.2Acupuncture Gongsun can’t slow down anterior cerebral artery blood flow velocity and the vascular resistance without affecting Gongsun, acupuncture on anterior cerebral artery hemodynamics with no negative effect. 3Acupuncture Gongsun at different time points on the anterior cerebral artery hemodynamics parameters influence did not change significantly, suggest no time-effect relationship.
