TCM Chaiqinqingdan decoction is given to patients in the observation group as treatment, while Xiaoyanlidan tablets to those in the control group, with4weeks as two period of treatment and to observe the clinieal effects.Results:1.The treatment group effective rate of83.33%, controgroup is83.33%while the rate of control group was73.33%. Significant difference exists between the two groups(P<0.05),the treatment group than the control goup.2.Treatment group symptom score of5.27±3.34,control group symptom score of7.93±5.94,treatment group than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).3.Gallbladder ultrasound imaging diagnosis, treatment group, the total effective rate was86.67%, control group, the total effective rate was80.00%n both groups there was significant difference (P<0.05)4. Course of treatment, two groups of patients with no obvious symptoms, laboratory parameters detected no abnormalities.Conclusion:1.Chaiqinqingdan decoction is an effective treatment for chronic cholecystitis and cholecystitis with wetnese-heat of gallbladder.2.Chaiqinqingdan decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of chronic cholecystitis.3.
