Clinical Study of Treating Ulcerative Colitis with TheFour-Six Tone Xie Decoction Oral

Objective:to discuss the clinical effect of the Four-Six Decoction oral on Cold and hot Virtualand real mixed ulcerous colitis and explore the mechanism of it.Method:60patients with UC were divided into two groups at random:the treatment group (30examples)and the control group(30examples).The treatment group was given the four-six tong xie decoction take orally;the control group was given kangfuxin take orally to treat the main symptom,the symptom integral valve and the intestines mirror mucous membrane and so on makes the contrast likely, observe the curative effects of two groups.Results:the clinical research demonstrated,the treatment group clinical synthesis curative effect,the Chinese medicine card period of five days curative effect,the Cold and hot Virtualand real mixed intestines mirror curative effect (P<0.05).The treatment group can improve more significantly the symptoms obviously such as bloody stool, diarrhea,and tenesmus.Two groups have not occurred bad effect in the treatment period.Conclusion:the four-six tongxie decoction is the effective medicinal preparation to treat the Cold and hot Virtualand real mixed ulcerous colitis because it can eliminate or improve the UC clinical symptom,urges the intestinal tract mucous membrane pathological change to restore,the curative effect is accurate and has not obvious side effect.
