Human Lung Capacity, Blood Pressure and Body Composition Changes Study in Exam Stress State

With the progress of society and the rapid development of science andtechnology, people increasingly fast pace of life. The students, learning-based, butalso inevitably be faced with a lot of influence and pressure from society. In front ofthese pressures, the college students are often prone to mood swings, and triggered aseries of reactions, that is, the so-called Stress. Stress as a common physiological andpsychological phenomenon, usually when face of Psychological Tress sources,triggering certain coping responses and homeostasis, impact students’ physical andmental health, and problems increased significantly. Exam stress as one of thecollege students the most common stress situation, often leaves students have anxiety,and impact on student’s immune function, endocrine function, and cognitive function,and thus have a negative impact on the physical and mental health of students.Therefore, in order to study the exam stress on students, analysis student bodyindicators change in exam stress state, this study selected the CET (CET4) as asource of stress, vital capacity index changes, blood pressure index changes as wellas changes of body composition indicators of150college students (boys50,100girls)were studied during exam stress, the results show that:1st, in exam stress state, thestudent’s lung capacity indicators will be significantly increased, and after the end ofthe examination, the majority of students on their own to return to a normal level.2ed, Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and heart rate will besignificantly increased, further validation of exam stress on students’ heart function.3rd, the body’s basal metabolic levels appear to rise, and reached the highest value inhalf an hour before the start of the examination. Protein content, body fat rate willdecline, and the lowest value measured after the end of the examination.4th, face thesame stressors, the variations of the girls in lung capacity, blood pressure, and bodycomposition indicators are higher than for boys. That is, in the face of a stressor, thelevel of stress response of girls is higher than boys.
