Objective:Through the comparison of various MSCTA late imaging technology. Study theeffect of MSCTA on lower extremity arteriosclerotic occlusive disease diagnosisapplication value.Materials and methods:In73patients the diagnosis of arteriosclerosis obliterans patients underwentMSCTA examination after recombinant MIP, MPR, CPR, VRT recombinationrecombination recombination. Then the comparison of various post processingtechnique for arterial definition contrast, tube wall calcification and stenosis stentdisplay, display and lower extremity arterial emboli detection and comprehensiveanalysis of their sensitivity, specificity and accuracy. The imaging method ofoptimization scheme and optimization scheme of clinical diagnosis.Result:Check front good preparation and proper scanning method can be more precise toobtain the raw data, to provide reliable image post processing. Injection speed injectionusing contrast method can prolong the injection time while ensuring the high velocitycontrast agent bolus, lower extremity artery development will be more fully, to obtainimages of the best quality. Various post processing techniques can clearly display thevessel contour and vessel wall calcification and support conditions. For arterial stenosisdisplay,2mmMIP image and MPR, CPR showed the best, VRT image and thick layer ofMIP can cause more over diagnosed phenomenon. For arterial embolidetection,2mmMIP image has a larger advantage, accuracy with MPR imageanastomosis, but a better definition of MPR. Conclusion:MPR image is still the main basis of qualitative diagnosis, is MSCTA examinationafter treatment technology based method. CPR technology is the development of MPRtechnology, for the region of interest is shown to be more intuitive, has the gooddevelopment potential.2mmMIP is a variety of treatment methods after the highestvalue a, especially emboli to the display effect is best. Thick layer of MIP inobservation of the vascular branches form has advantages. VRT image visual image andauxiliary operation in the vascular anatomic localization of a certain value.
