In recent years , the steel wire mesh - polymer mortar new reinforcement technology gradually been applied in the field of reinforcement works , compared to traditional carbon fiber and bonded steel reinforcement technology , durability , high temperature , to facilitate the construction and applicable to a wide range and so on. This reinforcement method is based on the force body of high strength steel strand as a reinforcing material , the adhesive material of the reinforcing material to the polymer mortar , so that the reinforcement layer and the original member force coordination . System test and theoretical analysis of reinforced concrete beams reinforced by this new material , the main content and results of the research are as follows : In this paper, using steel wire mesh - reinforced concrete beams reinforced polymer mortar anti shear test , total test eight beams , two of them as reinforcement comparison test beam , two reinforced polymer mortar U test beam , four steel wire mesh - polymer mortar U-shaped test beams reinforced trials mainly consider the factors of High Strength Wire spacing and shear span ratio , while the polymer mortar contribution . Ultimate bearing capacity of reinforced beams , crack development , strain , displacement and inclined section bearing capacity factors (including spacing and shear span ratio ) , the test results show that this new material to reinforce , Beams bearing capacity 32.35% to 48.79%, and a certain degree of increase of shear stiffness , and reinforcing the development of diagonal cracks of the test pieces with good inhibitory . On the basis of the pilot study , the use of the truss - arch model theory and combined with steel wire mesh - polymer mortar beam shear mechanism , derive calculated steel wire mesh - Polymer Mortar Beams carrying capacity formula by comparing calculated in good agreement with the experimental results , can be calculated for the actual project for reference . Propose suitable deflection formula , in good agreement with the measured values ??. Oblique cross section of the reinforcement technique reinforcement specimen summarize , draw a simple and practical inclined section bearing capacity formula , the formula with the experimental results measured in the range of the project will allow small error . Finally , simple and practical formula to the actual project , to provide reference for practical engineering calculations .
