The supercharged boiler is a special steam power plant , it Turbocharger instead of steam compressor , and a certain temperature and pressure of combustion gas to the furnace conveyor . It is characterized by small size , light weight , very suitable for use in ships . In this paper, a marine supercharged boiler work process as the research object , based on the energy conservation equation , momentum equations , equations of conservation of mass , heat transfer heat transfer relationship using lumped parameter method furnace riser , drum , superheater and economic work processes and thermodynamic properties of the mathematical model and simulation model , based on a dynamic simulation analysis of the entire pressurized boiler system working fluid ( flue gas , soda ) , parts of the boiler temperature changes and changes in heat transfer . Simulation results show that : the flue gas to the disturbance response more quickly and strongly in the case of fuel small amplitude disturbance , parameter changes and disturbances in various parts of the boiler flue gas at the synchronization ; soda side disturbance response is relatively slow , the water in the steam drum parameter changes , considerable steam parameters change , water level changes and disturbances direction . Convection tube heat transfer process of the previous paragraph is boiling heat transfer tube was soda mixture state , the temperature and the wall temperature changed little ; longer superheater steam temperature convergence amplitude also ; water within the economy is slow to change , The peak response . Steam pressure to 10% increase in load disturbance , increased significantly . In this paper, the analysis of marine supercharged boiler fuel internal working fluid parameters under different minor disturbances under different operating conditions in the boiler system dynamic between the transfer of material and energy flow process , as well as the input and output relationship , reveal complex supercharged boiler thermal mechanism , optimized for marine supercharged boiler system design, to provide the basis of the the run automatic control system fault diagnosis .
