Objective: To study serial high sensitivity C-reactive proteins levels of acute cerebralinfarction with different classifications,and analysis the affect factors. Methods: Aretrospective analysis was performed on200clinical materials of acute cerebral infarctionpatients,comparing with random80healthy cases in the same period. hs-CRP levels wereevaluated in terms of BMI, typing by Plaques in neck vascular by color Dopplerultrasound and whether taking statins in patients of acute cerebral infarction, followed bya correlation analysis of levels of hs-CRP and total cholesterol, Triglyceride,LDL,HDL,fasting blood sugar,and scores by NIHSS. Chi square test was used for analysis ofenumeration datas, measurement datas used (x s)constitute said, with Single factoranalysis of variance.Results:Acute cerebral infarction with hs-CRP level of serumsignificantly higher than normal population (P<0.05); Obese patients-CRP level wassignificantly higher than the hs overweight and normal weight patients (P<0.05); The firsttype circular infarction OCSP points-CRP level was significantly higher than the hs looplacunar infarction and infarction (P<0.05); Unstable plaques hs-CRP level group wassignificantly higher than the hard spot group and no plaques group (P<0.05); The oral lawstatins hs-CRP level of obviously was lower than the oral or intermittently oral statinsgroup (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.Hs-CRP level of Patients withacute cerebral infarction was positive correlationfasting with fasting plasma glucose(r=0.190, P=0.017), triglycerides (r=0.171, P=0.024), NIHSS scores (r=0.407, P=0.013).Conclusion: Hs-CRP is associated with acute cerebral infarction are closely linked;Hs-CRP level and patients body mass index, OCSP points type, neck blood essel plaques,and oral statins and other relevant, pay attention to these conditions may help acutecerebral infarction prevention, diagnosis and prognosis.
