The Investigation of Relationship between Expression of CEA、CA125、VEGF、MT、MMP9in Peripheral Blood Detection in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer’s Pathological Types and the Clinical Stages

Objective:To investigate the relationship between expression of CEA、CA125、VEGF、 MT、MMP9in peripheral blood as combined detection in non-small cell lung cancer in various pathological types and the clinical stages.Methods:Seventy-six people were divided into non-small cell lung cancer group (n=40)and controlled group (n=36). Serum CEA,CA125,VEGF,MT and MMP9levels were measured by ABC-ELISA double antibody sandwich method and measured Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).Results:The serum CEA、CA125、VEGF、MT、MMP9levels in controlled group were4.17±1.50(ng/ml)、5596.94±1072.85(U/L)、48.84±6.81(pg/ml)455.90±101.12(ng/L)and617.86±234.93(pg/ml); the serum CEA、CA125、VEGF、MT、 MMP9levels in non-small cell lung cancer group before chemotherapy were8.52±2.51(ng/ml)、7170.92±1435.36(U/L)、53.65±11.09(pg/ml)、544.63±121.34(ng/L) and728.96±211.02(pg/ml), the serum five markers levels in non-small cell lung cancer group before chemotherapy were significantly higher than that in controll group (p<0.05). CEA-mRNA、CA125-mRNA、MMP9-mRNA、MT-mRNA and VEGF-mRNA levels of peripheral blood in controlled group were8.28±2.30、0.68±0.44、9.54±3.24、9.07±2.96］2.32±0.87,CEA-mRNA、CA125-mRNA、MMP9-mRNA、MT-mRNA and VEGF-mRNA levels of peripheral blood in non-small cell lung cancer group before chemotherapy were12.30±3.44、1.86±1.40、13.47±4.62、11.76±3.422及4.29±0.96, five markers’s mRNA levels in non-small cell lung cancer group before chemotherapy were significantly higher than that in controlled group (p<0.05). the serum five markers levels and mRNA showed no correlation with pathological type and clinical stages of people with non-small cell lung cancer,the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). The positive ratesof five markers for CEA、CA125、VEGF、MT and MMP9were57.5%、55%、67.5%、40%and 65%, five markers used in combination for detection were improveed to90%.There were no correlation between them.Conclusion:Detection of serum CEA、CA125、VEGF、MT and MMP9are improved the positive rates for diagnostics non-small cell lung cancer, but there is no correlation in,pathological type and clinical stages of non-small cell lung cancer. VEGF、MMP9in the infiltration and metastasis of lung cancer and plays a very important role in.
