Objective:With the development of phoniatrics, researchers found that many acoustic Parameters(such as Jitter, Shimmer, DSI.etc)have obvious difference between Patients with vocal nodules and people with normal voice. Present research starts with the acoustic Parameters, to investigate the voice acoustic parameters of pre and post laryngoscope under microscopic surgery for vocal nodules and compare the difference with normal voice acoustic parameters, provide the theoretical basis for clinical applying quantitative evaluation of voice on the detection of post operative patients with vocal nodules; On the other hand, by the use of voice acoustic analysis to detect the effect of vocal training on vocal nodules’Voice quality. Methods:Using Xion acoustic analysis software to get the45women vocal nodules’ voice acoustic parameters on day before surgery, one week、two weeks and three weeks after surgery, and compared them with normal control group, obtained the difference of voice acoustic Parameters(Jitte、Shimmer and DSI) between each group; selected20patients randomly from the45case of patients with vocal nodules as the elements of appliance group(Group A),the rest of25cases had been included in non-appliance group(Group B), From three weeks after the surgery, Provided duration about six months of vocal training and voice adaptability appliance in Group A, analyzed the voice acoustic parameters before and one month、three months and six months after vocal training, and then compared them with voice acoustic parameters of Group B during the same period to obtained the difference, in the view of acoustic analysis to observe the improvement of voice quality in patients. Results:Jitter Shimmer and DSI values of45patients with vocal nodules on day before surgery are abnormal, and have significant differences from normal control group (P<0.01); one week after operation, Jitter Shimmer values have a certain degree lower than day before surgery, Shimmer value have significant difference between per and one week after surgery (P<0.05),but Jitter and DSI have no significant difference (P>0.05),and compared with the normal control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); two weeks after surgery, all of the acoustic parameters are significantly different from one day before surgery(P<0.05), and compared with the normal control group, there is no significant difference (P>0.05);three acoustic parameters have no significant difference between two weeks and three weeks after surgery (P>0.05)Selected20patients randomly from the45case of patients with vocal nodules as the elements of appliance group(Group A),the rest of25cases have been included in non-appliance group(Group B), provided vocal training and voice adaptability appliance to patients in Group A from three weeks after surgery, review of the voice acoustic parameters after one month of vocal training, Jitter and Shimmer values have a certain degree lower than Group B at the same time, DSI have a certain improvement, but the differences are all not significant (P>0.05); after three months of vocal training, the voice acoustic Parameters are all have improvement than Group B at the same time, among them, DSI have significant higher than before (P<0.05) after six months of vocal training, Jitter、Shimmer and DSI values’improvement are all have significant difference between Group A and B during the same time (P<0.05)Conclusion:1. There is a significant difference in voice acoustic Parameters between patients with vocal nodules and people with normal voice, and the situation of recovery after Microsurgery was different, Jitter Shimmer and DSI values can be used as sensitive indicators for surgery prognosis of vocal nodules, voice acoustic analysis can dynamically test the efficacy of surgery and observe the improvement of voice quality in patients with vocal nodules.2. Providing vocal training and voice adaptability appliance to patients with vocal nodules after operation have significant benefits in patients’voice quality, combined the vocal training and surgery, Can effectively improve the patient’s ability of pronunciation, which is worth to Promotion.
