Air Bomb Testing equipment is an importment part of Air Bomb Comprehensive protection equipment. The testing equipment can be used to test functionality and performance of Air Bomb. The detection device supports simultaneous testing of two bombs and the testing of subsequent models if extended.The issue introduces the analysis of air bomb which is tested. On this basis, the system’s overall design is proposed.Secondly, hardware design is introduced. Hardware design applies the testing resource oriented design ideas, selects the keyboard testing instrument display and integration of resources, and designs the test-unit adapter, GPS signal measurement devices, programmable power source.Then the software design is introduced. The project made references from the general testing framework of ATCI, HIT and idea of isolation between testing flow and testing command. It applied the idea of multi-threading technology, designed the test software framework of simultaneous testing of two bombs, designed the test scheduling module, completed the analytical testing process of two bombs, test execution and the results’display by two threads, analyzed the usual problems in Multi-threading and proposed solutions, designed the step execution modules of function and flow, supported the testing process of writing and debugging, and designed background monitoring module for real-time detection of the load current of a bomb connected to the interface of the G1188A . So the software security was improved. According to the protocol provided by the suppliers, testing flow for bombs of six models and device self-test flow were designed. Debugging together with the bomb realized the testing of the bomb. The evaluation of flow part of the software was passed. This article described part of the test cases of the flow, analyzed and modified the problems identified.Finally, the article introduced work on measurement on the spot and software evaluation, described part of the test cases. Feedbacks from customers showed that the design was reasonable and the equipment met the contract requirements.
