In the globalization and localization of the two trends of thought, with multicultural background, or in the "other" marginal writer in cultural identity, more and more attention by the public. This paper selects the Belgian French writer Amelie Nothomb as the research subject, and according to the theory of colonialism, take the text and background investigation combination, from the image of science, the sociology research promises to show level winter work cultural identity with consciousness. To expand the domestic academic understanding of Nothomb works, and further from the perspective of cultural studies to deepen its text sociology analysis, so as to provide some reference for the extension of postcolonial theory. This paper consists of three parts, the first part is to post colonialism on the background of globalization is introduced in the paper, theoretical background leads to the research subject, and based on that selection of Amelie Nothomb's works as the research object of value. The second part analyses the specific text basis, select the main characters in the novel as the object of a marginal identity, Merry Nothomb cultural identity confusion. The third part, the construction process to show Amelie Nor winter marginalized, and her works spread and influence, so as to explore the post colonialism theory in the context of globalization the applicability and significance.
