The consumed energy in large scale public buildings takes big part of the grossenergy cosumed in buildings. It is still in attempting stage about the strategy ofenergysaving in this air conditioning systems. The energysaving operation in theentire air conditioning systems is involved multiple parts to coordinate. It is notnecessary to make sure that every part in the system is under the most optimalworking status. For now, it is needed to do the detailed research to understandeverypart in the system, and get the informations about energysaving operation..For the energy saving in large scale public buildings, It is researched thepossibility about lower the standard of control parameters under the comfortablecircumstance. By the analysis about the 7 factors which influence the comfort forhuman beings, it is conclued with 4 environmental control variables: thetemperature about the indoor air, the relative humidity about the indoor air, thevelocity of air around staffs in the room, the inner surface temperature ofbuildings and other objects, followed by the range of comfortable feelings.Moreover, the measurable assessment is applied to the comfortable feelings in airconditioning room. Multiple options are ready for the energy saving operation inair conditioning system. It is best to pick one under the lowest load for the airconditioning system.The comfortable feelings is influenced by multiple control variables. Forunderstanding the relationship between multiple control variables in the aircondtioning room in detail, and picking the reasonable energy saving variables,the detailed analysis and model are made. The simulation about the model iscalculated in Matlab.The devolpment of making chilled water unit makes the cosumed energydroped. The importance of energy saving for energy transportation is promoted.Several widely used transportations and control forms in the energy tranportationsystem are analyzed. And the factors about the energy consumed in the hydraulicpower and the characters about the pumps are analyzed. It is important thatdifferent control forms are compared for the energy saving. In any form ofcontrol, the adjustment for the frequency conversionof pump maybe or not could unleash the effect of energysaving.Finally, the water chilling units which meets the cooling load with themachanical energy or with the heat energy are presented. For operations underlower consumed energy, the on-the-go adjustments for water chilling units andthe group are analyzed.
