The Han Dynasty Wooden Slips have huge quantities and the text contents of them are multifarious. And it has great study significances in many areas like ancient Chinese language and character research, the history research, the paleography, and the Chinese character calligraphy. The book Han Dynasty Wooden Slips Unearthed in JianShuiJinGuan(I) collected2351pieces of wooden slips that belong to a part of wooden slips unearthed in the Han Dynasty JianShuiJinGuan Site in1973. The publishment of these wooden slips is the first time, and the studies of them are not so many. This thesis included three dissertations:emendations of text, the study of "QinHu (秦胡)", and the study on "GuoSuo (过所)". The one objective of this paper is to emend the texts of the book Han Dynasty Wooden Slips Unearthed in JianShuiJinGuan(I), and the another objective of this paper is to expound the meaning of "QinHu (秦胡)" and "GuoSuo (过所)" by the records of wooden slips and historical documents, then answer the questions about "QinHu (秦胡)" and "GuoSuo (过所)".The wooden slips collected by this book are dilapidated and the characters of them are indistinct. So the prerequisite of study is emending a great accurate text of the wooden slips. The texts of the book Han Dynasty Wooden Slips Unearthed in JianShuiJinGuan(I) are very accurate, but there are some incorrect interpretations in this book. After the publishiment of this book, there are some emendation articles about it in the Bamboo Slips and Silks Website. And these articles revised some incorrect interpretations in the book. However, the texts of this book still have some errors need to revise. According to compare the pictures of the wooden slips with the texts, by using the research methods of linguistics and history as well as philology, we found that there are37incorrect interpretations in this book. And these errors can be divided into4types include incorrect interpretation, omissive interpretation, unidentified interpretation and additional interpretation. We talk about these errors one by one in the Dissertation I.In the past decades, according to the records of "QinHu(秦胡)”in the unearthed documents, many scholars have explained the question on "QinHu(秦胡)”effectively. But because of the absence of evidence, people disagree with each other about the interpretation of "QinHu (秦胡)". The following are the main contents of the Dissertation Ⅱ. According to the records of JianShuiJinGuan Han Dynasty Wooden Slips and JuYan Han Dynasty Wooden Slips as well as the historical documents, by using the "the double evidence law", we put forward views about the controversial word "QinHu (秦胡)" and "Qin cavalryman(秦騎)" as well as "Hu cavalryman(胡騎)". we think about that "QinHu (秦胡)" means "Qin (秦)" and "Hu (胡)"."Qin (秦)"is the appellation of the old Chinese people who lived with the northern minorities, and "Hu (胡)" is the appellation of the northern minorities and western minorities."Qin cavalryman(秦騎)" was consisted of the Qin people, and "Hu cavalryman(胡騎)" was consisted of the northern minority people and western minority people. The are many research achievements of "GuoSuo(过所)"in the academic circles. According to learn from these research achievements, we focus on some controversial theses and choose three of them as main contents of the Dissertation Ⅲ. The three theses are, respectively, textual research on "GuoSuo(过所)"recorded by Han Dynasty Wooden Slips, the origin of "GuoSuo(过所)"document and its relationship with "chuan(傳)”,revision of "GuoSuo(过所)" recorded by the book Sh iMingShuZheng{《釋名疏證》)。 The main content of Section One is to analyze the meaning of "GuoSuo(過所)”recorded by Han Dynasty Wooden Slips by using the information from the records of JianShuiJinGuan Han Dynasty Wooden Slips and LiYe Qin Dynasty Wooden Slips as well as the historical documents, and to investigate the beginning and extinction of the word "GuoSuo(过所)" by the methods of synchronic study and diachronic study. The main content of Section Two is to compare the property and use of "GuoSuc(過所)”document with "Personal Chuan(私事用傳)”and infer that "GuoSuo(過所)”document appeared in the time of Eastern Han Dynasty is evolved from "Personal Chuan(私事用傳)"that appeared in the previous time. By comparing the book "TaiPingYuLan(《太平御覽》)" with "ShiMing(《釋名》)", we found that the records of "GuoSuo(过所)" in these two books are different from each other. According to study it, we infer that the contents of the head-word "chuan(傳)”and "shi(示)" in today’s "ShiMing(《釋名》)" are as same as the book "ShiMing(《釋名》)”that published in the Earlier Song Dynasty. And it was inappropriate, in BiYuan’s book "ShiMingShuZheng(《釋名疏證》)", that to place the contents of the head-word "shi(示)" in the contents of the head-word "chuanl(傳)”.
