Morel (Morchella esculenta) is not only nutritious, delicious taste, but also has a very high medicinal value to treat a variety of gastrointestinal diseases, improve human immunity, is an urgent need to develop of precious edible and medicinal fungi. Single factor test to study the different incubation temperature, light intensity, ambient carbon dioxide concentration and matrix initial pH of morel M-4 mycelial growth and sclerotia formation investigated. The results showed that: the morel mycelium optimum growth conditions were as follows: pH 7.7, incubation temperature of 23.6 ° C, light intensity 57.5 lx CO 2 concentration of 2.31%. Morel sclerotia optimum conditions: pH 8.0, temperature 21.7 ° C, light intensity 71.6 lx the CO 2 concentration of 0.59%, moisture content of 56%. 3 single factor test sawdust, corn cob, wheat bran and cotton seed hulls on Morchella sclerotia formation of M-4, on this basis, the ratio of mixing and the general rotation design, by the establishment of a mathematical model study the amount of wood chips, corn cobs, wheat bran and cotton seed hulls morel sclerotia formed the law. The results showed that 17.86% in the sawdust, corn cob 3.57% and 7.14%, wheat bran, cotton seed hulls 71.43% sclerotia formation up.
