In the Modern Chinese, the operating frequency of sentence, which is composed of "Shi...de", is relatively high. Its language is a variety of pragmatic function, which made foreign students learning Chinese can’t accurately understand the meaning of the sentence. We feel it is important to focus on combing and studying sentences syntax, semantics and pragmatics with "Shi...de". Currently, most of the scholars research the pragmatic functions of "Shi...de", the excitement of "Shi" and "De", the syntax of the nature, semantic function, and the grammaticalization process of "Shi". The key to the accurate use of the sentence which contains "Shi...de" is the correct judgment of the semantics of language functions, grammaticalnatureWe observe the constraints and impact of the context of the function, grammatical nature and meaning of "Shi" and "De", which is in sentences with "Shi...de". In the specific communication, it isn’t a single certain contextual factors applied to semantic impact, in most cases much more factors affect the results, and several factors may have important points of primary and secondary. Generally, cognitive psychology impact the "Shi...de" sentence with judgment function much greater than "Shi...de" with stress. Session purpose, emotional, interpersonal and communication situational factors impact "Shi...de" sentence with the emphasis on function much more than "Shi...de" sentence with judgment function Occupational factors to determine the meaning of "Shi...de" sentence and stressed the significance of the "Shi...de" sentence of the impact is difficult to establish priorities. In addition, we try to default analysis and transform analysis to divide the ambiguity "Shi...de" sentence.
