The activities of language communication is the main way of human communication, whose main manifestations are listening and speaking. For most foreign students, cultivating language communication ability and communicating with Chinese people in Chinese are their main goal and motivation of studying, thus teaching Chinese as a second language form the situation of communication abilities centralization. The thesis is to research how to organize class teaching form the aspects of listening and speaking. Listening teaching is to mainly analyze the method of tasks using in listening teaching procedure, discussing from pre-task period, task-carrying period, as well as post-task period. Pre-task period is to mainly introduce how teachers adapt listening materials according to listening teaching principle, task-carrying period is to introduce mastering on listening teaching classes according to class teaching process, post-task period is to introduce usage of games on consolidating students’ class contents. In the last part, the thesis is to analyze main factors of affecting listening teaching. Oral teaching is to present the idea that oral teaching puts communication ability as core, firstly introducing main principles of designing oral teaching class, then discussing details of choosing oral textbook, finally focusing on specific design of oral teaching class.
