At present, research on loyalty of college library’s information user is very less, Especially empirical research on this subject is almost a blank. This study aims to find out the influence of various factors of information user loyalty, the important degree and user’s satisfaction of these factors . In order to ensure the reliable data, this study adopts questionnaire investigation method, field investigation method and system logs method. This research formed a loyalty index system of information users which based on the statistics of the questionnaire.After the loyalty index system of information user is formed, this paper calculated the important level of thesefactors. In addition, our research found the information users for these factors satisfaction through the investigation, and then, this research analyzed the reason. Through analysis, we find that in the information resources and information service itself is considered the most important. The subject structure and hierarchical structure information resource, the easy access lines of information service and the service product quality deeply important. While for these two indexes , satisfaction from information users is the highest. So, we can say that they are the advantage of college library’s advantage which we must keep and seek the breakthrough. But, librarians’role in information service didn’t get the user’s attention,and the satisfaction is poorer.So, this is our disadvantage project, we must obtain a breakthrough in order to improve the information user’s satisfaction, and cultivate the loyal information users. In contrast, the information users think library environmental factors’important level is not high, but the satisfaction is good. In that range, we must have some improvement in equipment and opening time, in order to keep our advantage In this respect. Meanwhile, we also should establish corresponding loyalty strategic support system, which Including users’information literacy cultivation, the performance measurement system construction, network resource integration and perfect service recovery system.
