Objective: To detect human ameloblastoma (Ameloblastoma, AB) Survivin and COX-2 protein expression to study the relationship between the expression of two proteins with AB histological subtypes and AB imaging of Survivin and COX-2 AB occurred in the development of eggs at ease. Method: 1, collected AB archived paraffin blocks of 64 cases, which vicious AB4 cases. AB histologic subtype: 15 cases of follicular, plexiform 13 cases, single capsule 14 cases, the echinoderms tumor type in 10 cases, 4 cases of bone appearance, to promote the proliferation of connective tissue type 4 cases. AB, the vicious AB and 13 cases dentigerous cyst (Dentigerous cyst, DC) and 11 cases of normal human oral mucosa tissue (Normal oral mucosa, NOM) Survivin and COX-2 protein expression detected by immunohistochemistry SP method . Application SPSS13.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of the results. 2, collected 60 cases of AB in patients with pre-operative X-ray and sub-type, Single Room 24 cases, 31 cases of multi-room type honeycomb five cases. AB histologic subtypes and Survivin with COX-2 protein expression in the AB results were statistically analyzed. Results: 1 and Survivin protein in two cases of the NOM 11 cases organization positive expression, accounting for 18.18%; expression in DC; positive expression in 60 cases of AB 43 cases, accounting for 71.67%; malignant AB positive expression The expression rate was 100%. Compared with NOM and DC, AB, vicious AB Survivin protein expression was significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.01). Vicious AB and AB Survivin protein expression was significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). 2, COX-2 protein in 4 cases of the NOM 11 cases organization positive expression, accounting for 36.36%; in DC 13 patients, seven cases of expression, accounting for 53.85%; positive expression of AB 60 cases, 49 cases, accounting for 81.67% ; malignant AB positive expression, the expression rate of 100%. Compared with NOM, AB vicious AB COX-2 protein expression was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.01). Vicious AB and AB COX-2 protein expression was significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). 3 of Survivin and COX-2 protein expression in AB patients age, gender and tumor site unrelated (P gt; 0.05), the difference was not statistically significant (P gt AB histological subtype expression; 0.05). AB of Survivin and COX-2 protein expression has a positive correlation (r = 0.529, p = 0.000). Survivin and COX-2 protein expression in the single-chamber AB was significantly lower than the multi-room type and cellular type AB, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: Survivin and COX-2 may be involved in the occurrence, development and malignant transformation process of the AB. Survivin and COX-2 protein expression has a positive correlation, suggesting that the mechanism may exist in both the occurrence and development process of the AB interaction. Survivin and COX-2 protein expression was significantly lower than in the single-chamber AB the multi room type and cellular type AB, prompt multi-room type and proliferative activity of the cellular type AB may be high compared to the single-chamber AB.
